Every engagement begins the same way — with a deep scoping session. Even when a client arrives knowing exactly what they need, we take the time to fully understand what they have, what they don’t, and where the gaps are. That’s not a formality. It’s how we make sure what we build is exactly right.
From there, the engagement follows a disciplined structure across finance, technology, or both. Phases that aren’t needed for a well-scoped engagement are skipped — the diagnostic tells us where to start.
Week 1 — Scoping & Diagnostic
We meet the team, map the current state of the finance and technology function, and identify what’s working, what’s missing, and what needs to be built. You receive a written diagnostic with a clear 90-day plan before we formally begin. No assumptions. No guesswork.
