Collections is a core service offered through our collections call centre.

Pre – legal or soft collections are deployed in the early stage of a delinquency cycle (early arrears) and most often represented as “your brand”. This makes the customer feel that the account arrears and negotiated settlement is being handled directly with our client.

Legal collections (also “handed over” or “post write-off” collections) take on a different tone and conversation with the customer. The engagement is one of negotiation to settle or make payment through acceptable repayment terms, however, is supported with the clear consequences of potential further action where payment is not honoured.
